5/5/15 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments – Willie Hodges v. State SC14-878

Mr. Hodges was convicted of the first-degree murder of Patricia Belanger, who was fatally stabbed and bludgeoned in 2001. The jury voted 10-2 to recommend a death sentence and he was condemned to death. This Court upheld the sentence on direct appeal. Mr. Hodges filed a postconviction challenge in trial court and it was denied. This is his appeal of that ruling.
