6/2/21 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: John F. Mosley v. State of Florida SC20-195

Mosley was convicted of the first-degree murders of Linda Wilkes and Jay-Quan Mosley. The trial court sentenced Mosley to life in prison for the murder of Wilkes and to death for the murder of Jay-Quan. This Court affirmed the convictions and sentence of death on direct appeal. Mosley filed a postconviction challenge and was granted a new penalty phase pursuant to Hurst v. State. The trial court sentenced Mosley to death, and this appeal followed.
