6/2/21 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: In Re: Amendments to Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.423 SC20-1128

The Rules of Judicial Administration Committee and the Ad Hoc Joint Rules Subcommittee propose new Rule of General Practice and Judicial Administration 2.423 (“Marsy’s Law” Crime Victim Information Within Court Filing) to govern public access to and the protection of records pertaining to confidential crime victim information. This Court invited comments from interested parties and will discuss issues raised from comments received.
