In this post-dissolution case, Mr. Levy filed a motion against his former wife for allegedly breaching obligations in a Property Settlement and Support Agreement (PSA). The trial court ruled in favor of the former wife, and she requested attorney’s fees for successfully defending against the motion. But the trial court denied that request. Both parties appealed. The Third DCA reversed the trial court’s order denying attorney’s fees to the former wife. Mr. Levy now asks this Court for review, arguing that the Third DCA decision conflicts with another appellate court decision.
