Supreme Court Briefs – Florida Supreme Court Hears Arguments in Death Penalty Appeal Case

The Florida Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the case of James Terry Colley. Colley was sentenced to death for the murder of his estranged wife and her friend in 2015. Justices must decide whether or not to affirm a lower court’s decision to deny Colley a reduced sentence.
