Hurricane season 2004, a time like no other… four hurricanes ravaged Florida in six weeks causing more than 4 million people to evacuate, damaging one in every four homes in the state and creating close to 40-billion dollars in damage. To date, it’s the most expensive hurricane season ever. But the resilience of the state and its citizens is obvious as Florida continues “Picking Up the Pieces”.
