On the Line – Public Service Commission Meeting and Crystal River 3 Nuclear Hearing

The Public Service Commission approved an accounting procedure by Gulf Power that opens the door to future recovery of COVID-19 costs.  They also held a 3-day hearing on a plan by Duke Energy to contract with an investment group to decommission the Crystal River 3 nuclear plant.
