It’s a Law: SB 4 – Higher Education – Bright Futures Scholarship Expansion

On March 11, Governor Rick Scott signed a bill that expands the Bright Futures Scholarship to cover 100 percent tuition and fees for medallion award recipients. In addition, it creates the “Campus Free Expression Act” and new financial aid programs.
