It’s a Law: SB 322 Property Rights and SB 606 – Public Lodging and Public Food Service Establishments

Governor Ron DeSantis signed two bills related to property rights in Sarasota on Monday. Senate Bill 322 will allow private property owners to immediately evict squatters from their property. Senate Bill 606 will allow commercial property owners to remove guests who fail to leave when asked to do so by the property owner.
