It’s a Law: SB 1388 – Vessels

The Governor signed a law that prohibits law enforcement from stopping a boater unless they have probable cause to make a stop.  The new law also prohibits local governments from banning boats that use gas or diesel power as fuel. The bill goes in to effect on July 1st, 2025.
