It’s a Law: HB 49 – Employment and Curfew of Minors & HB 433 – Employment Regulations

The Governor signed HB 49, which allows teens under 16 and up to work longer hours and different shifts. He also signed HB 433, which bans local government ordinances requiring private companies they hire to provide a higher minimum wage for workers or extra heat protection measures.
