It’s a Law: HB 1365 – Unauthorized Public Camping and Public Sleeping

This piece of legislation requires local governments to stop people from sleeping on public property, such as sidewalks, or else risk the possibility of a lawsuit. Cities could set up homeless camps provided that they have sanitation and security.
