It’s a Law: HB 1285 – Education

Governor DeSantis signed a law that introduces limits to school library book challenges for persons who are not parents, broadens dual enrollment options for high schoolers and creates a new type of teacher certification geared towards teaching in the classical model. The bill goes into effect July 1, 2024.
