It’s a Law: HB 1235 Sexual Offenders or Sexual Predators; HB 1545 Child Exploitation Offenses;  HB 1131 Online Sting Operations Grant; SB 1224 Protection of Children and Victims of Crime; and HB 305 Offenses Involving Children

On the same day in April, the Governor signed 5 child protection bills into law, including one that imposes stricter reporting requirements and penalties for sex offenders, and another targeting harmful verbal descriptions of sexual activity to minors.
