It’s a Law: HB 1021 – Community Associations

On June 14, Governor Ron DeSantis signed a new condo association law that makes it a felony for board members to take kickbacks and withhold condo records in order to escape prosecution.  HB 1021 also appropriates seven million dollars to hire 65 people to enforce state condo laws and regulations.
