It’s a Law: HB 1013 – Daylight Saving Time

This past legislative session, Governor Rick Scott signed a bill that would allow Floridians to observe year round daylight saving time, but only if Congress allows it to happen. Federal time rules can only be changed if there’s congressional action or regulatory changes by the Department of Transportation.
