Historical Marker – The Leu House Museum

The Leu House Museum is part of the Harry P. Leu Gardens in Orlando. It was originally built in 1888 on land owned by the Mizell family. The property was eventually owned by Harry P. and Mary Jane Leu in 1936. The Leus vastly expanded the property’s greenspace with their diverse plant collection. They donated their home and garden to the City of Orlando so visitors can experience Old Florida.
