Historical Marker – Arnett Chapel AME Church

The Arnett Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church is the oldest African American Church in Gadsden County. Formed during reconstruction following the Civil War the church has endured as a symbol of hope for the citizens of Quincy and of Gadsden county at large.
