Watch: Florida Scenic Highways and Byways on the J.C. Penney Memorial Scenic Highway

The J.C. Penney Memorial Scenic Highway is one of the shortest in the Florida Scenic Highways Program, but packs a lot of history within its limits. Much of the corridor passes through a beautiful oak and magnolia canopy dating back to the 1900s and includes the town of Penney Farms and the Penney Retirement Community.
