They’ve been called “The Other Keys”- not to be confused with the more famous string of islands at the southern tip of Florida- but it is more than geography that sets The Cedar Keys apart from other places. There is a lot of history associated with the cluster of islands on Florida’s northern Gulf Coast, and although they may never be as famous as “The Florida Keys”, locals say that is okay.
