Capitol Update is a review of state government.  Topics this week focus on:

• Early voting began ahead of the August 18 primary.
• A circuit court ordered the title and ballot summary for a property tax cut proposal to be rewritten ahead of the November election to avoid the use of language that could be misleading to voters.
• Commissioners for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission received updates on oyster reef restoration efforts in the Apalachicola Bay.
