• Department of Children and Families Secretary Taylor Hatch left her position four months after her Senate confirmation.
• The Council on American-Islamic Relations filed a lawsuit against the state after Governor Ron DeSantis designated the group a terrorist organization in Florida.
• The State University Board of Governors confirmed former University of Alabama president Stuart Bell as the University of Florida’s fourteenth president.
