Capitol Update is a review of state government.  Topics this week include:

• Several local governments are fighting the state mandate that crosswalks with street art be removed.
• The Governor and State Surgeon General said they will take steps to end all vaccine mandates for children. 
• A federal appeals court said Alligator Alcatraz can continue to operate, placing a stay on a federal district court ruling that the state should to start dismantling it.
