Capitol Update is a weekly review of state government.  This week’s topics include:   

• Team coverage from cities and towns up and down the Gulf Coast and the Big Bend as the Governor, state agencies and lawmakers scramble to help Floridians whose homes and businesses now just piles of junk and debris.
