Capitol Update is a weekly review of state government.  This week’s topics include:     

• State leaders, family and admirers paid tribute as former Senator and Governor Bob Graham lay in state in the Historic Capitol.  
• Governor DeSantis signed bills expanding grants for homeowners to strengthen their homes against hurricanes.
• State and federal leaders cut the ribbon on an underground project installed to keep water in the Everglades and out of people’s homes.
