Capitol Update – Week Ending 05/26/2023

Capitol Update is a weekly review of state government.  This week’s topics include:   

• The Governor signed a $1.3 billion tax relief package.    Several lawsuits were filed against the elections reform bill also signed this week.
• The Governor and Cabinet approved conservation easements for more than 39,000 acres in the Florida Wildlife Corridor.
