Capitol Update – Week Ending 06/17/2022

Capitol Update is a weekly review of state government. Topics this week include:  

• The Agency for Health Care Administration published a proposed rule that would eliminate Medicaid coverage for transgender treatments. 
• The Governor signed a bill that requires law enforcement agencies to enter into an agreement with the federal immigration enforcement.
• The Department Juvenile Justice launched an initiative to support Florida’s fathers and children in the juvenile justice system.
