• As COVID-19 cases and hospital admissions soar across the state local officials and hospitals issue new orders.
• Governor Ron DeSantis issued an executive order to allow parents to opt out of wearing masks in school some school administrators and democratic leaders take a different position.
• Florida Children and Youth Cabinet members discussed the social stigma of mental health and provided updates on building resiliency in youth.
