Capitol Update – Week Ending 11/13/2020

Capitol Update is a weekly review of state government.  Topics this week include:

• COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations are back on the rise.
• Legislative leaders revealed rule changes and more COVID-19 precautions as lawmakers prepare to return to the Capitol for Organization Session next week.
• Tropical Storm Eta made landfall in Florida twice, with heavy rain that flooded streets and left wildlife in the Everglades stranded on levees in high water.
