• The Senate President said budget talks have reached an impasse. 
• Senate Majority Leader Jason Pizzo announced on the floor that he’s leaving the Democratic party to re-register as No Party Affiliation.
• The House budget subcommittee that’s been investigating Hope Florida met for less than 10 minutes then adjourned because none of the people invited to testify showed up.
