• The Senate President and House Speaker announced budget conference.
• The Legislature presented the bill banning social media accounts for kids under 16 to the Governor, giving him until March 1 to sign, veto or let it become law without action.
• The new 324 area code overlay started today in Duval County and surrounding areas previously covered by the 904 area code only.
