Capitol Update is daily review of state government during the Legislative Session. Topics today include:

• The House Public Integrity & Ethics Committee spent hours grilling people subpoenaed to testify about millions paid to the then-CEO of the non-profit Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
• The Governor announced that the Florida Department of Transportation will make lane adjustments and start rulemaking to eliminate Expressway tolls on the Palmetto Expressway in Miami-Dade.
• CFO and State Fire Marshal Jimmy Patronis met with firefighters in Pensacola to review emergency  preparations for possible coronavirus cases in Florida.
