• The Senate President said a budget deal has been worked out with the House; as soon as it’s released to members a 72-hour cooling-off period is required before they can vote on it.
• A school voucher program that allows tax dollars to pay for private school scholarships is heading to the Governor.
• The House took up a bill that would authorize planning for three new toll highways.
