5/14/24 Capitol Update Extended – Supreme Court Takes Up Secret Recordings in Video Game Lawsuit

The Florida Supreme Court heard oral arguments about the legality of secretly recorded phone calls between two video game champions.  David Race in Ohio recorded his calls with Billy Mitchell in Florida.  It’s legal to do that in Ohio but Florida law requires consent from all parties before recording a call.
