Capitol Update Extended – Returning Citizens Program at Jefferson Correctional Institution

Drug sales, addictions, theft and sexual assault landed them in prison, but training, a piece of paper and a partnership with a state college are giving four North Florida inmates the skills they need to hope for a better future.
