Capitol Update Extended – No Avian Flu Detected in Florida Cows

While cows across the country have been infected with avian flu, Florida’s Agriculture Commissioner said there are no cases here.  The state is trying to keep it that way by temporarily banning the import of some cows from states with suspected outbreaks.
