The Marjory Stoneman Douglas Public Safety Commission was created after 17 people died in a Parkland high school shooting. The group is investigating and analyzing the details of what led up to the February 14, 2018 tragedy. The commission has received a mountain of information that will help them create a report of findings and recommendations for the Governor and Florida Legislature in January 2019.
