The Marjory Stoneman Douglas Public Safety Commission finished 8 months of work investigating what led to the Valentine’s Day tragedy at the Broward county high school. In January 2019, they turned in their report to the Governor and the Legislature, with suggestions to schools, law enforcement and mental health providers on what they can do better to avoid another shooting.
