Capitol Update Extended – Governor Announces Approval of School Safety Budget Initiatives

Governor DeSantis held a press conference at the University of Florida, where he announced support for a number of school safety funding initiatives in the new state budget. It was held at the location of student protests and arrests on campus that had occurred a week prior.
