Capitol Update Extended – Florida Supreme Court Hears Leo Boatman Death Row Appeal

The Florida Supreme Court heard the death row appeal from Leo Boatman, who murdered two college students in the Ocala National Forest in 2006, then murdered two fellow inmates in prison.
