Capitol Update Extended – DCF Summit

Speaking at the state’s annual conference on child welfare, Department of Children & Families Secretary Mike Carroll encouraged workers by telling them that successes outnumber failures. However, he also said the department can do better when it comes to protecting kids from abuse and neglect.
