Capitol Update Extended – Bar Closure Lawsuits

Several bar owners around the state – including Harry’s Bar in Carrabelle – have filed lawsuits against the Governor and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation for reclosing their industry in late June after coronavirus cases started increasing exponentially.
