Every 20 years, Florida citizens are given the opportunity to change the foundation on which all of the state’s laws are based. In November, nine proposed amendments to the Florida Constitution will be placed on the ballot for voter consideration. Take an in-depth look at four of these proposed amendments that could affect the future of the state.
