9/8/25 Capitol Update Extended – FDACS Removes Over 17,000 Packages of Illegal Kratom Products

Agriculture Commissioner Wilton Simpson announced that over 17,000 packages of 7-OH have been removed from stores around the state. Earlier this year, the Attorney General issued an emergency ban on the kratom derivative.
