9/23/25 Capitol Update Extended – Attorney General Announces Organized Retail Theft Bust

Attorney General James Uthmeier announced the arrest of a suspect he says is responsible for stealing over $70,000 worth of baby formula in Palm Beach County. The case is among the first in the state to impose enhanced criminal penalties under House Bill 549.
