9/20/22 Second Judicial Circuit Court Hearing on HB 1 – Combating Public Disorder

The purpose of this hearing is to consider the motion by the Governor and Administration Commission to dismiss a lawsuit brought by nine cities about HB 1 which allows the State to review funding reductions in local police operating budgets.
