9/18/25 Capitol Update Extended – Attorney General Issues Warning to Vendors Selling 7-OH

Attorney General James Uthmeier announced the removal of over 18,000 packages of 7-OH from stores around the state. Earlier this year, he issued an emergency rule reclassifying the kratom derivative as a schedule one controlled substance.
