9/12/24 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: Michael W. Jones v. State of Florida SC2023-0696

Jones pleaded guilty to the 2019 murder of his wife Casei Jones, their two children, and two children from Casei’s previous marriage. At the penalty phase, a jury recommended, and the trial court imposed, a sentence of death for the first-degree murder of each child. Jones now appeals, raising three issues directed at the penalty phase.
