9/11/24 Florida Supreme Court Oral Arguments: John F. Mosley v. State of Florida SC2023-1091

Mosley was previously sentenced to death for the 2004 first-degree murder of his infant son. In 2022, this Court vacated Mosley’s death sentence and remanded the case to the trial court for a new hearing to address his request to represent himself and a new sentencing hearing, but not for a new penalty phase trial. The trial court again imposed a sentence of death. Mosley now appeals, raising two issues.
