8/7/24 Capitol Update Extended – FHP Warns Drivers that Wrapped License Plates are Illegal

The Florida Highway Patrol warns drivers that if your license plate has been airbrushed, vinyl-wrapped or customized, it’s illegal and troopers will strictly enforce the law. Since 2020, citations for altered license plates have increased more than 98%.
